Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be provided only in the following cases:

Claim Window
All replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Verification & Approval
All claims are reviewed by our support team. Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
No Returns & No Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.
All sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
